The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Meticulously engineered, the shaft is offset behind the seat axis, enabling an impeccable sealing contact throughout the entire seat area. This offset is pivotal in guaranteeing unparalleled sealing performance.
Offset 2 - Ingeniously, the shaft centerline is offset from both the pipe and valve axis. This crucial design aspect facilitates interference-free operations, ensuring smooth and seamless opening and closing of the valve, enhancing longevity and efficiency.
Offset 3 - With the seat cone axis ingeniously offset from the shaft centerline, this configuration eradicates friction during both closing and opening phases. The result is a flawless, uniform compressive sealing all around the seat, ensuring peak performance and durability.

Belleville Springs for Dynamic Loading and Compensation: The packing system features dynamic loading and compensation via Belleville springs. With a rolling and pressing process in the packing box hole, and precise stem processing, emissions are minimized, meeting the stringent TA-Luft standards.

Diverse Sealing Options: Choose from multi-layer composite sealed, multi-layer all-metal sealed, and integral all-metal sealed options to suit diverse service conditions. Multi-layer composite sealing offers flexibility, ensuring a superior fit between seat ring and sealing ring, achieving ANSI VI leakage class compliance.
