Non-guided Structure Features
1. Our innovative gate design features a non-guided hole configuration, resulting in a remarkably compact structure. This design delivers a small-sized and lightweight valve, offering unmatched convenience in diverse applications.
2. The gate is engineered with versatile channel designs, including V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal configurations. These designs endow the valve with superior regulating capabilities, allowing seamless adjustment to any degree of opening. This feature ensures the valve meets diverse flow requirements in pipeline systems, providing exceptional adaptability and efficiency (see the right diagram).
3. Featuring dual floating valve seats with a soft-hard composite seal, our valve guarantees an extended service life. In scenarios of abnormal internal cavity pressure rise, the innovative floating valve seat automatically releases excess pressure into the pipeline, ensuring safety and reliability.
4. The valve body is designed with grease injection valves located at the external seats. Should leakage occur due to wear of the sealing pair, sealing grease can be injected to effectively prevent and address any valve leakage, maintaining optimal performance and integrity.
5. A strategically positioned drain valve at the bottom of the valve body ensures efficient discharge of accumulated impurities within the valve, maintaining optimal cleanliness and functionality.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When fully open, the guide hole in the gate aligns perfectly with the valve body channel, forming a straight pipe section. This alignment facilitates direct and effective media purging, showcasing the valve's superior design and efficiency (see above diagram).
2. During the gate's opening or closing movements, the valve seat maintains constant contact with the gate. The soft seat design automatically scrapes impurities off the gate, making the flat gate valve exceptionally suited for media containing suspended particles and fibers. This feature prevents damage to the seal surface caused by thermal deformation of the valve body, ensuring longevity and reliability.
3. With dual floating valve seats and a soft-hard composite seal, the valve is engineered for a long-lasting service life.
4. In cases of abnormal cavity pressure rise, the floating valve seat is designed to release high pressure into the pipeline automatically, guaranteeing safe and efficient operation.
5. A strategically located drain valve at the valve body's base facilitates the discharge of any accumulated impurities, ensuring the valve's smooth and efficient performance.
