Figure 1a showcases the innovative pressure-closed type regulator designed for precise post-control valve management. This sophisticated device operates by directing the medium through the valve body, as indicated by the arrow, and subsequently through the valve seat and spool for throttling. Another pathway introduces the medium, when steam with a condenser, into the actuator to engage the diaphragm. This action results in the appropriate spool displacement necessary for effective pressure reduction and stabilization. When the downstream pressure increases, the enhanced force on the diaphragm compresses the spring, driving the spool to narrow the valve opening, thereby reducing the pressure to a pre-set level. Figure 1b illustrates the brilliance of our pressure-open type regulator, meticulously engineered to control the upstream valve pressure. The operational principle is straightforward yet effective: the medium enters the valve body following the directional arrow, undergoing throttling via the valve seat and spool. Subsequently, the medium, especially steam with a condenser, is channeled into the actuator to affect the diaphragm, facilitating the necessary spool displacement for pressure relief and stabilization. An increase in upstream pressure augments the diaphragm's force, compressing the spring and expanding the valve opening until the pressure is lowered to the desired value. In contrast, when the upstream pressure diminishes, the diaphragm force decreases, and the spring's reaction narrows the valve opening until the pressure reaches the set threshold. If the upstream pressure drops below this set value, the valve remains securely closed.
