Compared to conventional valves, SNT valves promise superior durability and resilience, tailored for challenging continuous drain conditions that typically wreak havoc on standard valves. Traditional cutoff drain valves and even venturi valves often succumb to the harsh conditions of high flow rates and severe erosion, but our SNT valves stand strong.
The innovative SNT drain valve reinvents traditional internal structure design. The streamlined flow channel between the valve core and the cylindrical valve seat ensures a seamless acceleration of fluid flow until it reaches the valve seat's downstream. Here, the chamber expands dramatically, leading to a pressure drop that swiftly centralizes the flow. This ingenious design disperses fluid energy, facilitating rapid evaporation and creating turbulent conditions. Such an efficient discharge process is instrumental in forming steam from supersaturated fluids, simultaneously cooling the remaining liquid. This is the hallmark of leveraging flash evaporation within liquid flow dynamics.
To accommodate diverse device needs, we produce valves within a pressure range from ANSI 150 to ANSI 2500. Our standard stop valve sizes include 3/4" (DN20), 1" (DN25), 1.1/2" (DN40), 2" (DN50), 2-1/2" (DN65), and 3" (DN80). SNT valves typically feature an angular connection, optimizing fluid flow uniformity. We also offer through-way type stop valves. These valves can be manually operated or controlled pneumatically and electrically. For precise throttling control, our SNT internal-design structure utilizes the power of Computational Fluid Dynamics with Fluent-Code for detailed simulation and analysis of flow channels and pressure drops. All SNT internals are safeguarded against abrasion and corrosion from high-pressure drops and flow rates, thanks to surface hardening with premium Co-Ni based alloys or Cr-N ceramic coatings.
