Working Principle

The ingenious design of the four-link butterfly valve encompasses a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and meticulously engineered shaft end seals. Opening and closing actions are powered by the drive device, which seamlessly operates the valve shaft and four-link mechanism. As the valve shaft rotates, it elegantly transitions the valve plate to an open state when aligned parallel to the pipeline center. Conversely, reversing the shaft rotation closes the valve plate, ensuring a secure closure by compressing against the valve body's sealing surface, thus achieving full closure with impeccable precision.

Sand Blasting Surface Treatment SA2.5

The valve body is meticulously sandblasted inside and out to ensure a pristine and uniform surface.
2.
Post-sandblasting, the surface is exquisitely fine, ensuring robust paint adhesion and extended durability.
3.
If the oxygen content in the medium exceeds 23.5%, only external sandblasting is necessary, making internal sandblasting redundant.

Painting after Surface Treatment
1.
Our standard painted surface can withstand temperatures up to an impressive 450°C. For even higher temperatures, specialized treatments are available.
2.
Two meticulously applied coats of paint, each 35 micrometers thick, provide exceptional corrosion protection and longevity.

Hard Alloy Surfacing on Sealing Surface of Valve Plate
a) For superior performance, the sealing surface of the valve plate can be expertly welded with Hastelloy or Stellited gr.6.
