1. Embrace the future of valve technology with our innovative design! The gate is crafted without a guide hole, resulting in an exceptionally compact structure. This approach not only ensures a smaller size but also a remarkably lightweight valve, perfect for modern demands.
2. Tailor-made for versatility, our gate valve can be finely tuned with V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal channels. These diverse designs endow the valve with exceptional regulating capabilities, allowing it to adjust seamlessly to any opening degree. This flexibility is key to meeting the dynamic flow requirements of diverse pipeline systems (see the right diagram).
3. Engineered for endurance, the two valve seats are designed to float, featuring a soft-hard composite seal that extends the valve's service life. In cases of abnormal internal cavity pressure rises, the floating valve seat ingeniously releases excessive pressure into the pipeline, ensuring operational safety and stability.
4. To combat seal pair wear, our valve body is equipped with grease injection valves at its external seats. In the event of leakage, sealing grease can be injected to effectively prevent further leakage, maintaining optimal performance throughout its use.
5. Strategically positioned at the bottom of the valve body, a drain valve efficiently discharges accumulated impurities, maintaining the valve's integrity and prolonging its lifespan.

1. With the valve fully opened, the guide hole perfectly aligns with the valve body channel, creating a seamless straight pipe section for direct media purging (see above diagram). This alignment enhances efficiency and streamlines operation.
2. Throughout the gate's opening or closing motions, the valve seat consistently contacts and fits the gate. The innovative soft valve seat automatically scrapes impurities off the gate, optimizing the flat gate valve's functionality for media containing suspended particles and fibers. This design not only prevents seal surface damage but also counters any possible thermal deformation effects from the valve body.
3. Designed for durability, the dual floating valve seats with a soft-hard composite seal promise an extended service life, enhancing reliability.

If valve cavity pressure escalates unexpectedly, the floating valve seat responds proactively by releasing excess pressure into the pipeline, safeguarding the system's integrity.
