However, for tailored solutions, you can opt for cylinder-type double-acting actuators, electric actuators, or hydraulic actuators, depending on your specific needs. Impressively, it achieves a minimum shut-off time ranging from just 2 to 6 seconds, ensuring swift and efficient operation.

Working Principle

At the heart of the four-link butterfly valve's ingenuity lies its intricate system composed of a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals. The valve's seamless opening and closing operations are instigated by the drive device, which propels the valve shaft alongside the four-link mechanism. As the valve shaft rotates, the valve plate unfurls, aligning parallel to the pipeline center to signify full opening. Conversely, the reverse rotation orchestrates the closure of the valve plate, culminating in a full seal when the plate meets and compresses against the valve body's sealing surface. This precision engineering ensures optimal flow control and sealing integrity, enhancing process reliability.
