This innovative geometry ensures that the disc seal perfectly aligns with the body seat only at the final shut-off position. This unique feature eliminates any potential for rubbing or galling, while providing a torque-induced resilient seal. The intelligent 'wedging' mechanism ensures a consistent and uniform seal contact, delivering unparalleled sealing performance.

The Triple Offset Geometry

Offset 1 - Ingeniously designed, the shaft is set behind the seat axis to enable complete and flawless sealing contact around the entire seat, enhancing the valve's sealing efficiency.
Offset 2 - Strategically positioned, the shaft centerline is set apart from the pipe and valve, ensuring an unobstructed, interference-free opening and closing operation of the valve.
Offset 3 - Ingeniously crafted, the seat cone axis is offset from the shaft centerline, effectively eliminating friction during opening and closing processes. This ensures an even and compressive seal around the entire seat, enhancing operational reliability.
