Working Principle

At the heart of the Four-Link Butterfly Valve lies a sophisticated assembly consisting of a drive device, valve plate, valve body, valve shaft, linkage system, and shaft end seals. The process of opening and closing the valve is orchestrated by the drive device, which actuates the valve shaft and the innovative four-link mechanism. As the valve shaft rotates, it opens the valve plate, achieving a fully open position when the plate aligns parallel to the pipeline center. Conversely, a reverse rotation seals the valve, with the valve plate firmly contacting and compressing the sealing surface of the valve body to achieve a complete closure.
