The 1-X280 series straight-stroke pneumatic diaphragm actuator is ingeniously designed with a multi-spring structure, available in two distinctive forms: positive action and negative action. Specifically paired with a straight-stroke valve, this actuator excels in the precise control and adjustment of process parameters. The exceptional 1-X250 series straight-stroke pneumatic diaphragm actuator features a sophisticated single-spring structure. While it shares similarities with the 1-X280 series, it is uniquely tailored for long-stroke control scenarios, boasting a remarkable maximum stroke of 250mm. In comparison to the pneumatic piston actuator, it offers superior adjustment accuracy combined with a lightweight design. Moreover, it is adept for cutting applications, equipped with a pneumatic valve, speed increaser, and fast discharge valve, enabling rapid cutting with a minimum fast cutting time of just 1 second. This actuator embodies precision and efficiency, perfect for demanding environments.

Actuator Features
Long service life
The membrane cover is made of stamped steel, the surface is alvanized+painted for corrosion prevention, and the paint is not easy to fall off;
The actuator bracket is made of cast steel or forged steel,and the structure is firm and reliable;
The diaphragm is made of neoprene, which has the characteristics of good resistance to aging damage, chemical attack and non deformation under continuous stress;
The material of the push rod is AISI420, the surface is extruded and nickelplated, with high finish and corrosionresistance;
The guide bushing is made of aluminum bronze, with good guance and small deformation at low temperature to ensure good sealing of the air chamber;
The lower part of the connection between the push rod and thbrackeis sealed with an Atype sealing ring to prevent the penetrationof oil, sand or dirt.
Application flexibility
All positive and reaction parts are interchangeable.
The spring installation position can be adjusted according to the stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray has two installation positions, high and low, which are convenient for installation. You can also choose to install 3, 4 and 6 springs to
obtain different spring ranges;
Each specification of actuator has a variety of travel springs, which can be installed with a wide range of valve diameters;
There are two types of hand wheel mechanism: top-mounted handwheel and side-mounted handwheel. Inparticular, the side-mounted handwheel can be completely
separated from the actuator, which is very convenient
to install;The connection between the actuator and the valve adopts t
he pressing plate and sleeve structure, which is easy to install and replace the packing on site.
Options
Adjustable upper travel limit: used to limit the travel of the actuator in the upward direction.
Adjustable lower travel limit: used to limit the travel of the actuator in the downward direction.

1. All components designed for direct-acting and reverse-acting operations are universally standardized to ensureeffortless interchangeability.
2. The spring configuration allows for adjustable positioning based on the operational stroke. The integrally cast aluminum tray provides dual installation positions: high and low, ensuring ease of installation. Additionally, 3, 4, or 6 springs can be configured to accommodate diverse spring ranges.
3. Each actuator specification is offered with multiple spring selections, catering to a broad spectrum of valve dimensions.
4. Two handwheel mechanism options are available: top-mounted and side-mounted. The side-mounted handwheel, notably, can be entirely detached from the actuator, simplifying the installation process.
5. The connection framework between the actuator and valve utilizes a compression plate and sleeve design, promoting straightforward installation and convenient on-site replacement of packing.
