The spring loaded double parallel sliding gate valve, compared to the wedge gate valve, has smaller operating torque and drive size. The internal valve plate uses an INCONEL butterfly spring instead of a coil spring, making it easier to assemble within the valve body. The special compensation structure design avoids jamming caused by high temperature conditions due to adhesion and wedge extrusion. The valve plate and seat surfaces are hardened (hard alloy overlay welding, surface spraying Co-Cr-Ni alloy, WC, boron, etc.), providing self-cleaning functions with surface hardness up to HRC90 or above.
The spring loaded double parallel sliding gate valve can be combined with pneumatic actuators, electric actuators, electro-hydraulic actuators, or manual actuators.

In high-temperature or frequently changing temperature conditions, we recommend using graphite pressure sealing gaskets to replace standard soft iron gaskets for high-temperature and frequent temperature cycle applications.
Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves
The Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves uses a sealing structure consisting of two parallel gates and their wedging device, replacing the traditional wedge gate valve structure. The sealing mechanism components are separate, ensuring sealing even under temperature-induced deformation without jamming due to high temperature expansion.
When the valve opens, the sealing disk and valve seat first disengage and then rise due to the wedge block effect, greatly reducing friction between sealing surfaces. Thus, the torque is small, operation is easy, and the service life is long. This design addresses issues like large lifting force required for single gate start, easy sealing surface wear, poor sealing, short service life, and high-temperature opening and closing jamming, thereby improving the valve's sealing performance and service life.
